Privacy policy

Neyo Labs makes wedding invitation websites. This page explains, in plain words, what we do with the details you share.
This website
There are no cookies, no sign-up forms and no advertising trackers. To know the site is being used, we count four things with PostHog: pages opened, and taps on “View invitations”, “View demo” and “Book this design” (with the design’s name). PostHog runs in its cookieless mode: nothing is stored on your device, and we see only totals, so we can’t tell who you are.
When you message us
Conversations happen in Instagram messages, which Meta handles under its own privacy policy. We use what you send only to make your invitation and to talk to you about it.
What goes on your invitation
Only what you choose: names, event details, venues, family contact numbers and photos. Please check with family members before sharing their numbers. Your invitation is hidden from search engines, so it can be found only through the link you share.
How long we keep it
Your invitation stays online for three months after your last event; then we take it down and delete it. If you’d like it to stay up longer, ask us before then and we’ll keep it online for a small fee. The details and photos you sent us to make it are deleted one month after your last event.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or erase it. Message us on Instagram with any request or complaint.
